Leonard’s has a passion for fitness and wellness coaching. Backed by 20+ years as a fitness trainer, 10+ years in ministry and coaching, Leonard provides inspiration and instruction designed to truly transform lives.

Leonard holds multiple certifications and significant experience in personal and group training, TRX, Body Pump, Indoor Cycle, Yoga (200hr), and Life Coaching. In addition, he knows what it’s like to find your authentic self, transforming his own life from a 278lb overweight, unhealthy, and depressed man to a 190lb fitness competitor and business owner.

This is only a portion of the inspiration behind his bold mission to teach others to live fit and live well. Leonard has the tools and resources to be your fitness and wellness coach. Now it’s up to you.

THE COACHING

START

Knowing where you are is a key to getting where you want to go. So, we start with a fitness evaluation that measures your bodyfat, weight, muscle, bone, and body age. We will also take measurements and measure your current fitness level with various timed exercises.



THE PLAN

Based on how many days we work together, we will develop a comprehensive fitness and wellness plan that addresses your total fitness – strength, power, flexibility, endurance, and rest/recovery. Do you have a specific goal (like completing a marathon)? We will work together to make it happen.


NUTRITION

Your coaching also includes a complete nutrition assessment. As I like to say, “you can’t outrun your fork.”
A great fitness plan is only as effective as your nutrition. The nutrition evaluation will result in a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.





MIND BODY

The body will only go where the mind takes it, so we will spend time focused on not only strengthening the connection between your mind and body, but focused processed to strengthen you mentally and
emotionally.






RESULTS

I am your guide, your coach, your accountability partner, and your cheerleader. The results you get from working together are up to you. If you want to be the healthiest and most fit version of you, I am committed to helping you get there.





THE PROCESS

AGREEMENT & PAYMENT

If you decide you would like to work together, I will send you a personal training agreement, nutrition assessment, and we will schedule our first session.
Payments are made monthly.

FITNESS EVALUATION

The first workout will be a fit evaluation. This workout is designed to measure your current level of fitness as well as provide a roadmap to help you reach your fitness goals.

THE WORKOUTS

After determining how many days per week you’d like to work together, we’ll schedule workouts at a location and time that’s convenient for both of us. Sessions are 30-45 min.

WEEKLY WEIGH-IN

To enhance accountability, we
will measure your weight, body
fat percentage, and muscle
ratio to measure you progress
weekly. “Have goal – go for it!”

THE WORKOUTS

Using a variety of exercises, the workouts are designed to get  you fit. We will use yoga, TRX, bodyweight, and resistance to optimize your fitness.

MINDSET

We will occasionally take a break from physical training to focus on our mental and emotional health. You will love these sessions.

NUTRITION

Customized for You

Your dietary habits are one of the cornerstones of success. We'll take a comprehensive approach to address your individual needs. 

Your plan starts with a consultation, evaluation, and assessment. This is followed by a custom-built nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and dietary objectives.

To provide you with the best support possible we've partnered with TNT Nutrition and Trifecta to provide the best options to compliment your exercise plan.

SUPPLEMENTS

Why Supplements

Supplementation is intended to bridge the nutritional gap, helping maintain the proper balance of nutrients for your dietary needs.

This will enhance the nutrient density of your diet and make sure you are obtaining the right amount of nutrients to fuel your body.

We will discuss supplementation and what’s best to optimize your wellness and fitness. You will have the option to add key supplements to your training plan.
