What Are the 9 Daily Habits?

Here’s what you commit to every day during the challenge:

1. 2 30-45 min workouts

  • Workout #1 - A focused session that pushes your body: gym, running, yoga, cycling, your choice.
  • Workout #2 - A second session that can be lower intensity (like a walk or stretch) to keep you moving.

3. Follow a Nutrition Plan

Choose your plan and stick to it. No cheat meals. Fuel your body like it matters (because it does).

4. Hydrate

Drink a set amount of water daily (typically a gallon or what works for your body). Your body and brain will thank you.

5. Spiritual Practice

Meditation, prayer, breathwork: whatever helps you connect with your spirit and your source.

6. Read (or listen) to a book

At least 10 minutes of personal growth, mindset, or spiritual reading. Feed your mind.

7. Affirmations + Visualization

Speak your truth. See your goals. Rewire your thoughts through intentional repetition.

8. Intentional Connection (Business or Social)

Reach out to 5 people a day: check in, reconnect, follow up, encourage. Build meaningful relationships.

9. Reflect & Review

Journal your wins, lessons, and progress. Revisit your goals. Express gratitude. Learn from your day.
