Here’s what you commit to every day during the challenge:
Choose your plan and stick to it. No cheat meals. Fuel your body like it matters (because it does).
Drink a set amount of water daily (typically a gallon or what works for your body). Your body and brain will thank you.
Meditation, prayer, breathwork: whatever helps you connect with your spirit and your source.
At least 10 minutes of personal growth, mindset, or spiritual reading. Feed your mind.
Speak your truth. See your goals. Rewire your thoughts through intentional repetition.
Reach out to 5 people a day: check in, reconnect, follow up, encourage. Build meaningful relationships.
Journal your wins, lessons, and progress. Revisit your goals. Express gratitude. Learn from your day.
This isn’t a quick fix or a trend. It’s a reset. A challenge that integrates fitness, faith, relationships, mindset, and discipline all into one intentional daily rhythm.
